Bernard's Visit

My good friend B came down all the way from murfreesboro to ride with us in Nashville. Thats a rare occasion so we rode downtown pretty tough. I had way too much fun speeding down the streets. I found a new love for biking that I never thought I would as a grown up. Something about just being on your bike in the street with cars driving everywhere is pretty cool. Your getting your excercise on while also having fun. My calf muscles will be strong by the end of summer.
